The side braid featured at the Alexander Wang show has me and the rest of the fashion industry going absolutely bonkers. INSPIRATION: THE CLASSIC RED LIP

Ive been known to sport red lipstick before but due to its somewhat high maintenance, i had stopped. It wasn't till my friend showed up to my birthday party sporting crimson lips that i began to wear it again. Later that night i came to find out that she was wearing a color that i owned however i felt like it looked better on her tan skin tone. Needless to say, i cant get enough of rip lipstick paired with a light bronzer and blush. Here are some of my favorite inspirational looks:

Maison Martin Margiela Fragrance

has launched its first ever fragrance, called Untitled. It's a unisex scent noted with relaxed fragrances from galbanum, bitter orange, incense, jasmine and cedar. The understated fragrance is available January 25th at Colette in France (of course). However, every American gal can grab it in March when it comes to Maison Martin Margiela boutiques and select department stores. What do you think of the design of the bottle?

Chanel Tats?

Les Trompe L’œil de Chanel AKA Chanel tattoos debut on sale March 1st! Yahoo.
I cannot say that i don't miss walking the streets of Paris and ending up at 31 Rue Cambon, the historic location of Chanel's shop and apartment. However, i can say that i am not surprised that Chanel has come out with a collection of tattoos for the general public to sport. The tattoos are temporary (too bad, we thought Karl was a rebel) so you can bet your little behind that the "Fashion Forward" juniors at your school who cant even afford a Chanel key chain will be covered in these.
"Les Trompe L’œil de Chanel" is a set of 55 individual tattoos that will retail for about $78. I say, why not just get a real tattoo? But then again if your anything like the under aged girls i described above...go ahead, camp out and get whats yours.

ITS SIMPLE REALLY

Simple cleaning wipes are my new beauty bff. I'm always super busy and on the go so by the time i get home I'm too tired to wash my makeup off. Usually, i have to force myself out of bed in fear of breaking out the next day. However, ever since Simple's facial wipes were delivered to my door, i am breakout free! Since Chanel's Fall 09 runway show, everyone has been green with envy over the nail polish that the models were sporting. Well, no need to hate any longer! Chanel has released its runway nail collection. The long awaited line is titled "Jade Nail Collection" and includes two inspired lacquers; Jade and Jade Rose! Go green when the colors make their debut in October! Psst! Snag the colors at your nearest Barney's asap, I hear that they have already secretly arrived! I'm sure they will be scooped up soon! Race you there!

HAUTE OR NOT? Black Lips

When your looking through Italian Glamour or even Teen Vogue you can spot at least one gorgeous model sporting black lipstick. It always looks wearable and less than Gothic. Talk of the town, Mac's lipstick in Opal, is just ah-mazing. I love its jet black sheen. Maybe one day ill work up the guts to try this trend, but not today.
