As, i have previously stated, i attended the Mackage Show at NYC's Fall Fashion week where my favorite look included a pair of bold black sequin leggings. Even with my investigation attempts, in could not find out who produced those exact leggings. However, i did find a very similar pair at Express for about $80. Me being the frugal fashionista that i am, i would never spend that much money on leggings that aren't even designer! Enters H&M with there new shiny sequin leggings for fall! The best part about these chic bottoms is that they are only $19.95!
