We totally Adore this frock that Ashlee Tisdale was sporting to the Oct. 7 High school musical premiere. The flutter sleeves and glam rhinestones give her the perfect angel chic look. However, we find her hairstyle to look a bit awkward with this dress. Perhaps, an loose up do would have suited this dress better.
